How can we help?

That happens when iCloud sync is off. Check both devices.

1. Settings → your name at the top → iCloud
2. Under apps using iCloud, turn on All Done?
3. Make sure both devices use the same Apple Account

It can take a moment even after turning it on. Stay on Wi-Fi and close and reopen the app once.

Two places to check.

1. Settings → Notifications → All Done? → Allow Notifications is on
2. In the app's deadline reminder settings, reminder on the due date is on

Reminders arrive on the morning of the due date, at the time you set, bundling everything due that day. Tasks without a due date don't get reminders.

It needs two permissions. In Settings → All Done?, turn on Microphone and Speech Recognition.

If you'd rather not grant them, typing works just as well. Nothing else changes.

On iPad, open Pencil Notes to find the library. Write a new note, then tap Save to library and it joins the list.

The free-writing pad below saves on its own without tapping save. It's handy for something you only need for a minute.

1. Press and hold an empty spot on the home screen
2. Tap ＋ at the top left
3. Find All Done?, pick a size and add it

Today's tasks then sit on your home screen without opening the app.

Choose Repeat when adding or editing a task — daily, weekdays, weekly or monthly.

When a task is too big to start, break it into subtasks. Checking off just the first one is a start.

When the deadline reminder arrives, press and hold it and Move to tomorrow appears. Choosing it shifts the due date by a day.

If you missed the reminder, tap the pencil icon on the task and change the due date yourself.

Postponing isn't failing. Keeping only what you can actually do today is a kind of tidying too.

Yes — use Choose Language inside the app. Five are supported: 한국어, English, 日本語, 简体中文 and Tiếng Việt.

It's all under Settings → Decorate.

• Add Stickers — pick a pack and tap a sticker to place it. Drag to move, and use the corner handle to resize and tilt. Tap Done when you're finished.
• Background Theme — choose a paper pattern and color. Some backgrounds move, like snow, petals and falling leaves, and you can use your own color or photo.
• Character — choose one when editing a category and it peeks over that list.

Your theme, characters and stickers follow you to your other devices through iCloud. Only photo backgrounds stay on the device they were set on.

Everything is unlocked for the first 7 days. After that you keep 2 categories, 5 handwritten notes, 5 background themes and category characters for free, and tasks stay unlimited. For more categories and notes, every theme, photo backgrounds and stickers, a one-time Lifetime Unlock opens it up. It is not a subscription, and there are no ads.

If iCloud is on, sign in to the same Apple Account on the new device, install the app, and everything follows.

If you used the app with iCloud off, the data only exists on the old device and can't be brought over. Turning iCloud on before you switch is the safe move.
