How can we help?
All Done? (다 했어?) · iPhone · iPad
If you're stuck, just send an email.
It's a one-person app, so the reply comes from me.
My devices show different things
That happens when iCloud sync is off. Check both devices.
- Settings → your name at the top → iCloud
- Under apps using iCloud, turn on All Done?
- Make sure both devices use the same Apple Account
It can take a moment even after turning it on. Stay on Wi-Fi and close and reopen the app once.
I'm not getting notifications
Two places to check.
- Settings → Notifications → All Done? → Allow Notifications is on
- In the app's deadline reminder settings, reminder on the due date is on
Reminders arrive on the morning of the due date, at the time you set, bundling everything due that day. Tasks without a due date don't get reminders.
The voice input button won't respond
It needs two permissions. In Settings → All Done?, turn on Microphone and Speech Recognition.
If you'd rather not grant them, typing works just as well. Nothing else changes.
Where are my Apple Pencil notes?
On iPad, open Pencil Notes to find the library. Write a new note, then tap Save to library and it joins the list.
The free-writing pad below saves on its own without tapping save. It's handy for something you only need for a minute.
I want the widget on my home screen
- Press and hold an empty spot on the home screen
- Tap + at the top left
- Find All Done?, pick a size and add it
Today's tasks then sit on your home screen without opening the app.
How do I add something that repeats?
Choose Repeat when adding or editing a task — daily, weekdays, weekly or monthly.
When a task is too big to start, break it into subtasks. Checking off just the first one is a start.
What about things I didn't finish today?
Tap the task and choose Move to tomorrow. The due date shifts by a day.
Postponing isn't failing. Keeping only what you can actually do today is a kind of tidying too.
Can I change the app's language?
Yes — use Choose Language inside the app. Five are supported: 한국어, English, 日本語, 简体中文 and Tiếng Việt.
Do I have to pay?
No. Every feature is free, there is nothing to buy inside the app, and there are no ads.
Will my data move to a new device?
If iCloud is on, sign in to the same Apple Account on the new device, install the app, and everything follows.
If you used the app with iCloud off, the data only exists on the old device and can't be brought over. Turning iCloud on before you switch is the safe move.
Didn't find it?
Bugs, annoyances, features you wish existed — write about any of it.
